Q: What programs do you accept artwork in?

A: We can process files from Adobe InDesign, Quark Xpress, Microsoft Publisher, CorelDraw, Microsoft Word and PDFs. Contact us before sending and we will give you detailed requirements.

Q: Will you send us a proof before you print?

A: If you send us PDFs, they should print exactly as you expect. For all other programs, we can email you PDF proofs before we begin so that you can make sure your layout has not altered.

Q: How long will you take to produce our booklets?

A: That will depend on what you want. We will let you know when we receive your job how long it's going to take - and we'll do our utmost to stick to the deadlines.

Q: I would like a full colour photo on my booklet cover. Can you do this?

A: Yes, we can! All our colour work is litho printed, so we have a minimum order of 500.

Q: I just want my booklets printed. Can you despatch the entire order to me?

A: Yes, we can send your booklets to you economically by carrier. Please be aware that someone will need to sign for the goods.
