We'll mail your booklets for you

Once your booklets are printed, we will distribute them to your members or customers for you.

All you need to do is supply us with your members’ or customers’ addresses on disk or by email and then you can relax in the knowledge that we will do the rest. We’ll print each address onto a carrier sheet together with a return address for undelivered mailings, and insert this, your booklet and any other enclosures required, into a clear plastic envelope.

Our wide knowledge of Royal Mail contracts enables us to help you choose the most cost effective way of despatching your magazines. Rates depend not just on weight, but size, thickness and quantity. We will assess your mailing and find the cheapest way to send it, from a wide choice of contracts including Packetpost, Mailsort and PressStream.

And we can help you save on your overseas mailings as well. Our contracts with overseas mailing companies enable us to give you good savings on mail to Europe and even better savings to the Rest of the World.
